The John & Pat Hume Foundation was delighted to partner with Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute (EUI), in organising the HUME Inaugural  European Conference on ‘Leadership for Peaceful Change’  1- 2 July 2021.

There was a fascinating range of discussions from the role of John Hume and the EU in peace-making to conflict resolution and peace building in Belarus, the Middle East & North Africa.
